Warranty Policy

EFFECTIVE: AUGUST 14, 2009

Corona Cabinets provides a limited warranty on the products and services we provide, including:

• Cabinet Materials: We warrant that the materials used in the manufacturing of custom cabinets will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.
• Cabinet Workmanship: We guarantee that all custom cabinetry and related installations will be performed with professional care and skill, and in accordance with standard industry practices. If any defects in workmanship are found within the first one (1) year, we will correct the issue at no additional charge.
• Hardware: Hardware (e.g., handles, hinges, slides) is warranted for one (1) year against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Acts of God: Damage caused by natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, fires, or other environmental conditions beyond our control is not covered under this warranty.
• Improper Use or Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper cleaning, including exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or extreme temperature fluctuations, is not covered.
• Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover the natural aging of wood, finishes, or other materials. Over time, certain materials may experience slight color changes, patina development, or surface scratches that are considered normal wear and tear.
• Damage from Third Parties: Any damage caused by the actions of individuals or parties not affiliated with Corona Cabinets, including contractors, movers, or tenants, is excluded from coverage.
• Improper Installation or Maintenance: Any defects arising from improper installation, maintenance, or modification by anyone other than a licensed professional from Corona Cabinets are not covered.
• Out of Control Factors: Corona Cabinets will not be held liable for defects or damage caused by factors outside the control of the company, including but not limited to poor installation by third parties, improper storage, humidity levels, or environmental conditions that affect the cabinets after installation.
• Animal Damage: Damage caused by pets or animals, either during transportation or after installation, is not covered under this warranty. This includes scratches, chew marks, stains, or other damage resulting from animals.
• Transportation Damage: Any damage that occurs during the transportation of materials to or from the installation site is not covered by this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, dings, scratches, dents, or other impacts that occur during the shipping process.
• Customer-Modifications: Any damage resulting from customer-modified cabinetry, such as alterations, painting, or the addition of non-approved components, will void the warranty.
• Damage from Children and Guests: Any damage caused by children, guests, or other individuals after installation, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, or misuse, is not covered under this warranty

To file a warranty claim, please contact us within the applicable warranty period. You will need to provide:

• Proof of purchase and installation date
• A description of the issue or defect
• Photos of the affected area

The team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or other remedies at their discretion.

Corona Cabinets’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or material. In no event will Corona Cabinets be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any defect or failure of the product.
